One of the witnesses in the consolidated sodomy and homosexuality case of John Gonani and Wim Akster; Professor Alexander Muller on Monday confessed to being Lesbian in court.
She made the disclosure in a cross-examination by state lawyer Victor Jere.
After the confession, the state lawyer asked her how the study could be objective considering that she is a member.
Her study’s findings show that the LGBTI community is facing discrimination and sexual violence in the country.
The case is being presided over by a panel of Judges namely; Justices Joseph Chigona, Chimbizgani Kacheche, and Vikochi Chima.
