Brother of the late Adum-based Ghanaian lady known as Maadwoa who was killed by her police officer boyfriend has rained curses on the Ghana Police Service.
Maadwoa was buried in Kumasi over the weekend after her murder earlier in April.
The young lady was shot and killed by her boyfriend, a police officer known as Inspector Ahmed Twumasi. He allegedly got pissed off after learning Maadwoa, who he had spent lavishly on, was planning to leave the country to join her baby daddy in the United States.
Twumasi shot Maadwoa dead in public then went on the run. He was later arrested.
According to Maadwoa’s family, the police officer’s prosecution is progressing too slowly. Since he was arrested and arraigned, little information has surfaced publicly about the current state of the case.
As Maadwoa was being buried, her pained brother warned the police service to make sure justice is served.
With a drink in hand, he rained some curses as he made his desperate plea.
